Thanksgiving 2007

So, I pretty much spent all day editing these photos for Christmas albums for the fam (cousins, if you see this, don't tell the folks, eh?).

We had a great time in AZ over Thanksgiving!

Last night, ten of us went to the Veronese Cafe in Fullerton to celebrate Shannon's 21st birthday, two weeks early! We had tea, dessert and fruit and cheese.

The atmosphere in the outside garden is so lovely and eclectic. We sat by a wood burning stove and a fountain!

Here is Shannon's mom, Shelley. She was so fun!





Shannon had some friends from high school there. Lindsey wrote this sweet message on her present:

After the party, Hollie, Shannon, and I came home with our friend Rachel and had an inpromptu photoshoot!!!

I'm not sure about this one, but I think it should be our apartment Christmas card.

Whoops! Back to the party, Shann got some AMAZING presents, like bird plates, owl salt and pepper shakers, and love slug art from Ann Francis.




And Blythe gave her a boot pencil holder. Clearly, Shannon loves it.

6 little things you may not know about me..!

Thanks, Shan, for this BRILLIANT idea.

But I have WAY more than 6 things that you may not know about me. Not because I am ultra-mysterious, but because I am ultra-WEIRD>

1. I drink chocolate milk with three ice cubes, everytime, ever since I had knee surgery in 2003.

2. I dream that I am a chain smoker weekly. Most often in my dream, I am sitting on the curb at Costco having a panic attack because I don't have enough money for a cigarette. I wonder why this is. I have never smoked in all of my born days.

3. When I go fishing, I put the worms in my mouth to heat them up so that the fish will bite. I AM BEING SERIOUS>

4. I still have one of my baby molars because there isn't an adult tooth to replace it.

5. I wouldn't let anyone take my picture until I was seven years old. For real. All of my pictures (except the ones my mom snuck in) are of me with my arms in front of my face.

6. I wear a teeth guard at night to keep from grinding my teeth. I look (and sound like) a beaver. I just know it.
